Minecraft is a game full of extremely interesting modes and features, but sometimes all you need is a little extra help. For your happiness, Minecraft has a good number of codes and commands that serve to help your players in different ways. Therefore, it is very useful to have a list of some of these main Minecraft codes and commands.

Minecraft Cheats

The commands that activate various codes and effects in Minecraft can be activated in almost all versions of the game, both desktop (for Windows, macOS and Linux), and mobile (for iPhone, Android) and also for Playstation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch.

How to use Minecraft commands and cheats

To use Minecraft commands and codes, just follow these actions:

  • On Windows, macOS or Linux, press the “T” key. On PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, press the right directional button. On iPhone and Android, tap the chat icon, it’s the conversation bubble;
  • Enter the command and confirm.
  • Ready, your cheat is now active!

Heads up!

All commands start with ‘/’ and some ask for extra details like coordinates or values.

Also, your world needs to be created with the cheats option enabled for them to work.

Allow cheats on Minecraft

If your Minecraft world was created with the cheats option and you still can’t activate them, just open the menu, go to the “Open to LAN” section, and select “ON” from the “Allow cheats” option.
