Persona 5 Royal – Strength Confidant Fusion Guide

Suppose you are looking for options to buff your party. In that case, persona 5 royal twins’ confidant is your ticket to the ultimate power. To increase the ranks of confidants, you have to complete fusion tasks. 

Many fusion techniques are available in the game to deal with these tasks. However, strength confidant is very different from other options, as you have done some work to level it up. With this confidant fusion guide, you can rank it up in no time.

Strength Confidant unlocks

Rank 1 – Group Guillotine

You will unlock the option to fuse three Personas simultaneously by reaching rank one.

Rank 3 – Lockdown

To help a persona learn a new resistance, leave him in the prison of twins for some time. 

Rank 5 – Special Treatment

At this rank, you can fuse personas with a higher level than yourself by paying a fee. 

Rank 8 – Guillotine Booster

You receive new options for triple fusions. 

Rank 10 – VIP Treatment

The cost of paid fusions will be low after reaching rank ten.

Strength Confidant Fusion Guide

To unlock the next fusion challenge, you must complete the previous one. Hint: You will also need high-level personas for later ranks. 

Rank 1 – Jack Frost with Mabufu
Jack Front with Mabufu

At level twelve, Jack Frost will learn Mabufu. If you already have some ranks with the Magician Confidant, fuse Silky and Berith and get the experience boost. This way, you will start with Jack Frost, already at level twelve, and with Mabufu.

Rank 2 – Ame-no-Uzume with Frei
Ame-no-Uzume with Frei

To get Ame-no-Uzume, you have many different options. But fusing Berith with Suzaku is the best option as it provides you Ame-no-Uzume with Frei. 

For Suzaku, Frei is a default skill. It can be obtained by the fusion of Kushi Mitama with Agathion or by fusing Berith with Hua Po.

Rank 3 – Flauros with Tarukaja
Flauros

For this task, a three-way fusion is a must-have by fusing Eligor, Orobas, and Berith to receive a Flauros. Eligor will learn Tarukaja at level 16, so remember to pass it forward when merged.

Rank 4 – Phoenix with Counter
Phoenix with Counter

Start by fusing Jack O Lantern with Hua Po, to obtain a Yaksini. It will have the Counter Skill.

Then fuse the Yaksini with a Kelpie to obtain a Phoenix.

Rank 5 – Setanta with Rakukaja
Setanta

Fuse a Lamia with a Silky. A Lamia will obtain Rakukaja at level 26; you only need to inherit it while fusing.

Rank 6 – Neko Shogun with Dekaja
Neko Shogun with Dekaja

Merge an Anzu (level 28 or higher), Sudama, and Kodama. Anzu learns Dekaja at level 28.

Rank 7 – Lachesis with Tetraja
Lachesis with Tetraja

First, fuse Sandman and Principality, to obtain Thoth. Principality should have Tetraja to pass through fusion. 

Then you only need to fuse Thoth with Anzu to obtain Lachesis.

Rank 8 – Hecatoncheires with Masukunda
Hecatoncheires with Masukunda

To obtain Hecatoncheires you need to fuse Lilim with Anzu. Lilim learns Masukunda at level 34.

Rank 9 – Bugs with Samarecarm
Bugs with Samarecarm

Initially, fuse Fuu-ki or Principality with Neko Shogun to obtain Hariti. At level 41, Hariti learns Samarecarm, then merge it with Pixie and Pisaca to obtain Bugs.

Rank 10 – Seth with High Counter
Seth with High Counter

The challenge for the rank is difficult. But there is a shortcut in mementos to reduce the difficulty to some extent. Wait for the mid of October to finish a task named the Killer Who Cleans Up Trash Memento. 

You will receive a high counter-skill card as a reward for this task. You should keep this card and don’t waste it. 

You will need Isis, Anubis, Thoth, and Horus after this.

  • Horus –Yurlungur and Regent or Baron and Lachesis
  • Isis – Sudama and Incibus or Jack Frost and Kodama
  • Thoth – Lamia and Isis or Principality and Nigi Mitama
  • Anubis – Angel and Saki Mitama or Angel and Pixie 

You will get Seth as a result of fusing them. You can use a skill card to teach Seth the High Counter.
